Bill 216, Building Ontario for You Act (Budget Measures), 2024—as refined by Bill 60—introduces significant changes to Ontario’s Construction Act, now in force as of early 2026. These reforms are designed to improve cash flow, streamline payment processes, and reduce disputes across the construction industry.
